| Non-typical late season quail habitat.
While grass by itself is not the typical mid-west wild Bobwhite Quail cover it does have value for the quail hunter. That value is as the season does change so does covey behavior of where they will be found. The quail hunter is well suited not to be too narrow in his perspective of where to quail hunt. The picture above is deceptive as it does not show the entire range of components this private land we have lease consists of that makes for good quail hunting.
